After graduating college Jo started in an entry level position doing marketing for a local boutique’s online store but after a year of heading to her 9-5 realized the position was leaving her unfulfilled. Enter the first step to self-employment, Jo decided to make photography more than a hobby and dove into wedding photography full force. Two years later she had a well established, six figure business. As her business continued to grow, opportunities began popping up to mentor other young women on how to find their own version of success and fulfillment, inspiring the beginning of Jo’s current career. Now splitting her time between being a photographer, podcast host, business educator, content creator, and more, Jo is the ‘Big Sister’ half of Middle Ground. She is here to cheer you on, keep it real, and will always be in your corner.
